Wrong ways and Strategies to Get Relief in Stress

There are some ways and strategies that provide temporarily reduction in stress but cause more damage to health i.e Smoking, Drinking, using drugs or sleeping too much. Seeing TV or computer for hours and not sharing problem with family or friends. 
 

By adopting such unhealthy methods, our stress increases. Instead of these ways, if we choice healthier ways to decrease stress i.e first to face the problem and try to change the situation or change our reaction.Mostly people  use munch on unhealthy foods e.g. chocolates and chips, coffee and tea to lift their moods that cause to damage the health and cause havoc to health. Instead of taking drug, herbal tea for that matter is a better choice and munching on healthy foods like fruits and vegetables is a more better.




Best ways to Get Relief 




First thing is that no single method works for everyone, some time adopting different techniques and strategies, we make ourselves calm and cool. If someone has caused stress in our life, we should not turn relationship with them but we get discuss to satisfy them. If any news makes us anxious, we got tense. In such situation we should take try to relax or get massage. If we can’t avoid such situation that caused panic to us, we try to change things and deal with problems. Poor dealing and management cause a lot of stress. But if we plan better, we can get some relief. We try to change the stressor otherwise change ourselves.

 First we should cope with stressful situations rather than being anxious and try listen to our favorite music, or watch funny clips. When stress is getting us down, we think about our positive qualities. Some Stress are unavoidable such as the death of a loved one. In such situation, we  should to accept things as they are. No doubt acceptance is difficult but it is easier than coping with such unavoidable situation that we can’t change. Because such  things in life are beyond our control. We should talk to our trusted friend and express what we are thinking that is making us panic.
If we regularly make time for exercise, fun and relaxation, we will be in a better place to handle stress in our life.
Mostly, women are a major victim to stress because they have less time to spend on their own needs. Especially when house wife faces sensitive relationship issues with husbands and mothers in law, stress multiply increases in their lives. Such stress is damaging and develops into chronic ailments. In such situation, relaxation is a powerful medicine instead of drugs or over sleeping.
   

Vitamins counteract depression and insomnia and taking some guavas, strawberries, tomatoes, peppers and green leafy vegetables i.e known as super stress busters. But with prayers and recitation of Quran with qirat leaves us with positive energy and we feel relax.

Acute Stress and Psychological Disorder




Stress in our lives has been increasing due to terrorist attack and social disharmony and change in behaviour / style of living to beat others. That is why, most of us says we had stressful lives. Stress is a normal physiologic response to help us meet threat or danger. 
The stress response increases our blood circulation and effects our digestive systems and cause many disease like mesothelioma, cancer, acne complex, avon breast cancer, lasik eye surgery, prostate cancer, weight loss, high blood pressure impotence, masturbation impotence etc
The stress makes problem when there is no time or a place that feels safe for us to relax and to make the normal live. Due to this our nervous and hormonal systems begin to burn out. When the stress involves such events that involve threatened death, many people may experience fear or horror. That is a  symptom may arise stress i.e called acute stress disorder. That caused Dissociative or detachment.  We Decreased awareness of our surroundings, and dissociative amnesia. Avoidance of stimuli that make recollections of the trauma, ie feelings, conversations, activities, places, people and increased our anxiety and feel difficulty to sleep. Even that there are multiple, continual stresses increases and  stress psychological  response is more intense to us. In cities gang violence creates an un-security environment.  In such case what should we to do?  With some techniques or skills that help us relax by including repetitive exercise, meditation, diaphragmatic breathing, yoga, progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness repetitive, prayers, autogenic training.
