Acute Stress and Psychological Disorder




Stress in our lives has been increasing due to terrorist attack and social disharmony and change in behaviour / style of living to beat others. That is why, most of us says we had stressful lives. Stress is a normal physiologic response to help us meet threat or danger. 
The stress response increases our blood circulation and effects our digestive systems and cause many disease like mesothelioma, cancer, acne complex, avon breast cancer, lasik eye surgery, prostate cancer, weight loss, high blood pressure impotence, masturbation impotence etc
The stress makes problem when there is no time or a place that feels safe for us to relax and to make the normal live. Due to this our nervous and hormonal systems begin to burn out. When the stress involves such events that involve threatened death, many people may experience fear or horror. That is a  symptom may arise stress i.e called acute stress disorder. That caused Dissociative or detachment.  We Decreased awareness of our surroundings, and dissociative amnesia. Avoidance of stimuli that make recollections of the trauma, ie feelings, conversations, activities, places, people and increased our anxiety and feel difficulty to sleep. Even that there are multiple, continual stresses increases and  stress psychological  response is more intense to us. In cities gang violence creates an un-security environment.  In such case what should we to do?  With some techniques or skills that help us relax by including repetitive exercise, meditation, diaphragmatic breathing, yoga, progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness repetitive, prayers, autogenic training. The Muslims' total of 15 to 20 minutes 5-daily says Prayers i.e include physical exercise and meditation or connecting with GOD Almighty
